06360 ヒラメ (Hirame) Paralichthys olivaceus
　「おおくち」と大分では呼ばれることが多い。

　カレイの仲間であるけど、はるかに肉食（魚食）性が強いので口は大きいのでこういう名前が付けられているのであろう。うまい！★★★である。（'96年12月　日出）
