イモリ谷に食品加工所が次々と建設されています。
それぞれ「こういうものをつくったらいいなー」「こういうものを売れたらいいなあ」
と、言う思いがかねてからあったわけですが、豆の力やさんにてイモリ谷の産品を
販売して一ヶ月。お客さんの手応えを感じて、加工所建設ラッシュとなたのでしょう。
今後の広がりに期待されます。そして、集落グリーンツーリズムへの展開の肉付け
となることでしょう。
Food Processing Sept 11
One food processing kitchen after another has shot up.
About a month has passed since the opening of Mame-no-Chikaraya.
Farm produce and processed foods from Imoridani have sold well -so well that one entry after another has followed in the selling of processed foods. However, the people who entered it had had a hope of making and selling one thing or another far before the opening, so that it seems their dreams have come true.
We expect more people to join the activity, so that Green Tourism for the whole valley will progress further.
1,パンと器の店 PAO 包 PAO
旦那さんは陶器作り、奥さんは無添加(牛乳、砂糖、油脂類不使用)
天然酵母国産小麦使用でパン作りをしています。
イモリ谷産大豆からの豆乳、おから入りパンも大好評!!

1: PAO… bread and dishes
The husband is a potter. His wife bakes bread
with natural yeast, using none of milk, sugar or oil. She uses flour
ground from wheat raised in Japan. People enjoy very much her bread
with soybean juice or bean curd refuse (okara), both of which are made
from soybean raised in Imoridani. She got the permission of baking
bread in April, ’02. She has lived with her husband for 11 years
in the valley and has four children.
2、まっちゃん工房
漬け物とお総菜を作ります。みそ漬けに定評あり。
9/10保健所より許認可済み、張り切っています。
2: Matu-chan’s Kobo (kitchen)
She puts on sale daily plain dishes and vegetables preserved in miso. She is said to be very good at preservation in miso.
She received the permission from the health office
on Sept. 10.
3,けいこさんのこんにゃく工房
けいこさんの所でも、加工所を建設中。こんにゃくとお総菜の許可を申請予定。
先日映画会の時にグリーンツーリズムライターの杉森さんが宿泊。杉森さんのHP九州のグリーンツーリズムの動きがわかります。
けいこさんは農産加工と民泊に意欲を燃やしています。
3: Keiko-san’s konjak kobo
She is building a kitchen for making daily plain dishes and paste from konjak. She’s applying for the permission.
Mr.Sugimori, writer on Green Tourism, stayed overnight
at her house on Aug. 23, when we screened films. She is also eager
to welcome visitors from cities at her house.
4,えみちゃんの田舎まんじゅう
この加工所建設ラッシュに火をつけたのが小野えみこさん。
スタートダッシュで先頭にでたのですが、体調をちょっと壊した隙に後発組が追いついています。
無理せずにおいしいまんじゅうを作って下さい!!
4: Emi-chan’s country-style bun with a bean-jam filling (manjuu)
This food-processing rush started from Ono Mieko-san,
but because of her poor health she is going to be overtaken by her followers.
We hope she will keep her pace and make tasty manjuu.
