　私はシャコは好き。やっぱ、美味しいですね。湯がいて喰う・・・これしかない。殻を外すときは、料理用のハサミで「ズバッ」と切りましょう。ケチると殻が残るわ、口は切るわ・・・ろくなことがありません。（'96年秋　宇佐）

I like "syako" (mantis shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria). To bild it is the best cookimg for me. Eating it, Cut edges of shells deeply, or your mouth hurt. (Photoed at Usa, Fall '96 )
