13870カメノテ(Kamenote) MItella mitella 　どちらかと言えば酒の肴ですね。塩茹でして食べる以外に方法なしですね。海水と同じ程度の塩水で茹でたら、殻板をつまんで、皮の部分を「ぷりぷり」って剥いて身が出たらぱくっと頂きます。「しえー」「すえー」とかいうらしい。「せー」じゃなかったかな。
This is something to eat on while drinking. (Sake no sakana). A only recipe of this is boiling it.
