10125 ワニエソ (Wani-eso) Saurida tumbil
　焼いて身をほぐして、味噌と混ぜて食べると旨いらしいが、作ったことも、喰ったこともない。漁村に行くとお茶うけに「えそ」のすり身の天ぷらをごちそうになったことがあるが、それがワニエソだったのか、マエソだったのか知る由もない。すり身は好きだが、味は★ってとこか。しかし、厚い唇じゃ･･ほんとは歯なんですが。体長は60cmほどあります。

I heared that grilled meat of Wani-eso Saurida tumbil and miso is very delicious recipe. Visiting at fisher's, I had tempura of it. It's a one of my faverite food and so good.But Taste is rather good. Body length is about 60cm. (Photoed at Kamiura July. '97)
