French-born I live in Kyushu, southernmost of the large islands
of Japan.
the region is Fukuoka prefecture and it means happy hill.
This region is open to South Asia and would like to expand
to lead and overtake Tokyo and Osaka in terms of commercials and
culturals exchanges.
Kyushu and Fukuoka have been the gateway for foreign influences
in Japan for a long time.
My lifestyle reflects what I think is best to use in the two
cultures I am influenced by.
Fascinated by traditonnal Japanese culture I study and practice
various aspects of it that you will find in our menu.
I am very open and like travelling and meeting people who will
help to enrich my knowledge.
