英語、ドイツ語、フランス語で世界のスポーツニュースを！

英語でスポーツ記事を読むと国内のニュースに比べ、より速くより豊富な内容を知ることができる。
しかし英語以外はまったくお手上げのMOMAである（英語も随分あやしいものだが・・・）。
9月30日にはベルリン・マラソンがあるがそのＨＰはもちろんドイツ語である。読みたい！知りたい！と思うが壁は厚いのである。

さて、最近ではウェッブ上で自動的に翻訳をしてくれるサイトが増えた。英語→日本語であれば、なかなか役に立つサイトもあるようだ（後述）。ところで、英語以外の言語を日本語に訳してくれるサイト（もちろん無料で、素早くという条件がいる）は見あたらないようだ。 そこで、一歩譲ってドイツ語、フランス語を英語に訳してくれるサイトを捜してみたところ検索エンジンで有名なAltaVistaにまあまあのサイトを見つけたので紹介したい。

ここでは、英語、ドイツ語、フランス語、ポルトガル語、イタリア語、中国語、韓国語、 スペイン語そして日本語の文章を英語に翻訳してくれるとともに、逆に英語をそれぞれの言語に翻訳することも可能である。翻訳の質は疑問ではあるけれど、少なくとも何が書いてあるかは想像できる。少なくとも私にはこれだけでも充分である。

Loroupe trainiert haupts臘hlich in Deutschland und in der Schweiz. Tegla Loroupe wird als Vorbereitung unter anderem den Great-North-Run, den gr�ﾟten britischen Halbmarathon, am 9. September laufen. ロルーペが9月9日のグレート・ノースランに出場することも書いてあるし、また次のベルリンでもし2時間20分を破ったら21万マルク（1200万円弱）のボーナスが出ることも書いてある。
この英訳を更に翻訳エンジンで日本語に直したいが、これはかなり難しい。
できない相談ではないが、出てきた日本語はおよそ日本語の体をなしていない（最後に悲しい訳を載せよう）。

ところで英語→日本語翻訳なら日本の、これも検索エンジンであるExciteの次のサイトがまあまあ役に立つ。

この訳なら充分理解できる。あえて日本の新聞の英字版を載せてみたが、 実はこれが欧文紙であると、かなり翻訳の質が悪くなる（言い回しが、難しくなるから？）
